Hey everyone! I know it’s been a bit since we last spoke, back in the previous U7S Devblog #4 in late November. This isn’t another Devblog, as I said the next would be within 1-2 weeks of release, but I do want to say I’m immensely close to not just that Devblog but release on the whole, and would like to share a few things.

First off, I know development has taken long than I predicted, but we’re getting very close now. I have included a video of the first few minutes of Update 2. It begins with the closing minute of the Ren’Py Demo and then goes straight into the new content. Secondly, I don’t want to go into too many details and numbers and stats because that’s what the Devblogs are for, and the next coming one will go over this in greater detail, but I do want to say a few things about current development:

The full script and all renders (already made) are in Ren’Py and the full Wrestling Dynasty experience (Chapter 1 to the end of the new Chapter 4—110,488 words) is playable from start to finish.

I truly believe the only things remaining in order for release are as follows:

• Calendar - READY!
• Gallery overhaul
• Character busts overhaul
• New main menu - READY!
• Figuring out how to read Tobias’s blog of the first VWA event (as well as any other quick “check social media before bed” type things)
• Adding a dozen or so (in total) more renders at various places in Update 2 that I think could use it
• 🕵️
• Final playtesting
• Release!

Some of these things have already been completed in the past few days, and after I post this, I’ll spend the rest of the day doing all the character bust overhauls.
