Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing well. There’s a lot to talk about, especially regarding the VWA (Vermont Wrestling Alliance, the new indie wrestling promotion the MC, Abigail, and Melissa joined at the end of Update 1 which is owned by Dani), so let’s just get straight to it.

Chapter 4’s script is now done! It’s officially the biggest chapter yet (at least in terms of script, and remember, not everything from the script will make it into Ren’Py). Let’s take a look back at all Chapter word counts so far:

Chapter 1: 17,701

Chapter 2: 22,971

Chapter 3: 28,569

Chapter 4: 36,551

This brings the total Wrestling Dynasty script to 105,792 words!

Chapter 4 covers the entire day that began in the Ren’Py Demo and ends when you—and your best two girls—go to sleep that night. There’s a lot that happens in Chapter 4!

…But there’s even more that happens in Chapter 5! Chapter 5 will cover the entire two and a half weeks leading up to the next VWA Event: The Great Tournament.

Chapter 6 will be all about the VWA Event, starting with waking up that day, the day leading to the Event, the Event itself, and then the night afterwards until sleep.

In the WD world, Chapter 4 starts and ends on Wednesday, Summer 2nd. Chapter 5 begins on Thursday, Summer 3rd and goes all the way to Sunday, Summer 20th. Chapter 6 starts and ends on Monday, Summer 21st, which is the VWA Event.

That’s all of what’s planned for Update 2! Unless, of course, there’s another kind of secret ending. But I wouldn’t do two secret endings back-to-back, would I…?

This is also the final call for anyone who might want to join the game and create their own wrestling to appear in the VWA themselves! Upon joining the E-Fed Wrestler tier on Patreon, you and I will work together to create your very own wrestler, complete with appearance, moveset, finisher(s), entrance style/music, personality, face/heel, and more! You will already see two E-Fed Wrestlers in Update 2: Azure Dragon (Cell in my Discord) and the debuting Nico Odin, who you might recognize across various AVN channels!

Considering that work will imminently begin on Chapter 5, you all have a few weeks (or so) to join the Patreon at the E-Fed Tier before I begin work on Chapter 6, which is the cut-off date for anyone who would like to join for Update 2. If anyone joins beyond that point, your wrestler will debut in Update 3.

I am very glad to announce that Wrestling Dynasty v0.2 Ren’Py Demo is now available on Android devices! I do not have an Android myself to test this on, so please let me know how the game is and what you think of it, if you get the chance! You can find download links to the Android version on F95 or Itch.

I am also glad to announce that the official UniSeven Studios YouTube channel has been created! You will find the entire session 1 of the U7S WFRP adventure uploaded there, as well as all additional episodes. I might also consider doing other streams as well of various things, just for fun. These would also be uploaded to the YouTube afterwards.

You can watch the next session of the U7S WFRP adventure live and join us over on Twitch or catch the VOD when it’s posted to the U7S YouTube shortly afterwards. The next U7S WFRP session is scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, at 1 PM EST. I hope to see you there!

Finally, I’d like to talk about some potential fan projects that I’d be very interested in working with some of you with. Here’s all of the projects I’m looking for:

• A proficient CAW maker in WWE 2k24 that could make some/all of the game’s cast in. (I have some great ideas as to how I’d like to utilize WWE 2k24 into Wrestling Dynasty but unfortunately, I’m not the best at making custom CAWs myself.)

• Someone well-versed in WWE 13 or WWE 14, specifically the old “Create-A-Story” feature, as well as proficient at making CAWs in either of these games. (Like WWE 2k24, I have some really exciting ideas as to how to use this for Wrestling Dynasty.)

• I’m looking for someone to play the part of “online blogger” about VWA! You and I would create your character (albeit, very minor character, your primary role is the in-game VWA blog) for Wrestling Dynasty who goes to each VWA event and then posts an online “review” of the show. You would write the review yourself, completely in kayfabe (in character), and the MC—and thus, all the Players—will come across at some point and read themselves in game! In addition to reviews, you would also write about upcoming events or anything else in the world of the VWA that an online blogger would cover!

• If written pieces aren’t your forte, I’m also looking for people to record audio reviews of VWA events! You—and up to 2 others—would record yourselves reviewing the most recent VWA Event. No video is required, and the audio review can only be a few minutes if you’d like, though you’re free to go into as much detail (and otherwise) as you want. If you ever wanted to have your own version of online shows like Wrestling With Wregret, Post Wrestling, Solomonster, JDfromNY, WrestleTalk, and more, this could be your chance within the VWA world!
