Hello everyone! I’m back with another update for the new U7S project that will begin this Thursday! To celebrate the start of the NFL season, I will be livestreaming on the U7S Twitch a full Franchise playthrough in the new Madden NFL 25, playing as the Green Bay Packers. The stream will start at around 4pm EST and we’ll play for about 4~ hours, leading up to the NFL season opening game of the Ravens at the Chiefs.

Making his NFL rookie debut, the new starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers… Vincent Morgan! That’s right, I have created the Wrestling Dynasty MC to be my team’s quarterback of the future.

But Vincent Morgan wont be the only created character for the team! You can join the team as well! Here are the conditions for new people wanting to join the team:

• It has to be a rookie player (so basically you come from the draft, or maybe in free agency).

• The player has to have a hidden dev trait or better.

If the above conditions have been met, I will select one person randomly who wants to join and I will rename that player to be you! You can also dictate minor features such as number, appearance, gear, etc.

There’s actually already some members of the U7S community who have joined the team! There’s a few roster spots still open, so make sure to join our Discord if you’d like to join! There is a new chat created in the Discord for this, where all talk and discussion can be had, including where you can sign up to possibly join the team. The chat is #madden-franchise.

Anyone who has played the Madden games, specifically the Franchise mode, most likely knows that Madden’s AI is not… the best. I’ve been playing Madden games since the SNES, and over the years, I have developed many different house rules or other changes/tweaks to make my experience with the game as fun as possible for me. I might do bizarre things like trade away my best player for future draft picks or release a guy who cost me an important game. I will provide a Google Doc with all the house rules, changes, sliders, etc, quite soon before the stream starts on Thursday.

The Franchise will be taken very seriously and I like to play Madden towards a more “realistic/simulation” kind of playstyle. That means I will be punting on fourth down, not abusing cheap/cheese plays, not exploiting the AI, etc.
